Objective: Transform a small business’ website and messaging to clearly communicate the brand voice and services offered.
Challenge: Existing content and assets were not consistent and required organization, structure and, in some cases, redesign to create clear brand messaging.
My Approach: I used my writing, design and storytelling skills to unify the brand’s voice and messaging; then implemented an effective information hierarchy to lay out the website. I developed the website and entered content on WordPress.
Outcome & Impact: The client’s website is more functional than it had been before, and the brand and services are more clear.
